How do I exchange or return my shoes?

We want you to love your shoes. If not, you can exchange or return your shoes for free within the Continental U.S., so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn and in new condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles).
  2. Your return request is submitted within 21 days of receiving your original order.

If the above criteria is not met, you will be issued a partial refund. At the moment we cannot offer free international exchanges or returns.

Shoes must be in new condition, if the return criteria is not met, a partial refund will be given.

Where are you located? Do you have any stores?

Shoeology is proud to be based in SoHo, NYC. Though we don’t have any permanent physical stores, we do offer free shipping and returns anywhere in the Continental US to make it easy to try on shoes in the comfort of your home. How much does shipping cost? How long will it take to get my order?

Standard shipping is free anywhere within the Continental US and packages arrive within 2-6 business days from our East Coast warehouse (excluding pre-orders). International shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by country. International shipments typically take at least 10 business days to arrive.
Need them sooner? Don’t worry, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

Where are your shoes made?

All of our shoes are handcrafted in Porto, Portugal by skilled artisan at world-class manufacturing facilities. We can proudly say that our suppliers and manufacturing partners offer the best quality craftsmanship and adherence to the highest ethical standards.

Any care tips for my Shoeology kicks?

We recommend conditioning your shoes with Venetian Imperial Cream and polishing them every couple of weeks. Our suedes can be cared for by gently wiping them down with a Horsehair Brush or a suede brush. Do not put leather conditioner on a suede.

Should I wear my Shoeologys with jeans, pants, or a suit?

All of the above! We started Shoeology to bring quality and versatility back to footwear. We put an enormous amount of effort into making shoes sophisticated enough for special occasions but still dependable enough for everyday wear.
